WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $135,000,, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Owns and drives strategic vision of cross-functional teams in developing and releasing solutions through implementation by monitoring progress, adjusting prioritization of requirements, and resolving issues. 

  • Prioritizes work based on backlog and business value. Refines the backlog, drives iterative value, and participates in planning and reviews.    

  • Collaborates and engages with stakeholders and users, defines features, ensures clear acceptance criteria, manages communication, and maintains user stories. 

  • Facilitates meetings and drives teams to decisions or common goals 

  • Monitors business outcomes, manages risk, escalates issues, and ensures a seamless transition to operations with training and communication. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 6+ years of experience in business and/or project delivery. Must bring business intelligence or related experience in enterprise data and reporting.  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information technology or equivalent experience.  

  • Expert judgment in evaluation of criteria for achieving objectives and results, translating strategic differentiators and communicating business driven strategies to all levels within the organization. 

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to provide guidance and direction, influence, and build collaborative relationships across business partners, support areas, and vendors. 

  • Expert judgment in evaluation of criteria for achieving objectives and results, translating strategic differentiators and communicating business driven strategies to all levels within the organization. 

  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience serving as a Product Owner for 1 or more Agile Release Train (ART) cars or performing other high value work in support of the ART.   

  • Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry, operational business processes, and how technology relates to business as well as the ability to understand and communicate how different technologies impact processes. 

  • Working knowledge of Change Management practices and the ability to apply these concepts independently.
