Our Quality Assurance & Test Support (QATS) team is seeking an engineer to support Test Environments, modernize test data loading (including de-identification of (PII) Personally Identifiable Information), and collaborate with business & IT partners to enhance our test environment strategies.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
  • Estimated Salary Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus.
  • Estimated Salary Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus. 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Developing and maintaining Test Data & Test Management tools
  • Coordinating with other IT partners to maintain Test Environments (T2, T3, T5, T7)
  • Key participant in annual data load & it’s modernization strategy
  • Providing day-to-day support for Test Environments, including batch monitoring, maintenance & scheduling (CA7), JCL changes, data backups, and policy moves
  • Ensuring compliance with SDLC standards & maintenance of the standard

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proficient in JCL, DB2, CA7, BMC (Topaz), and VSAM file operations with extensive mainframe knowledge
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Possesses a self-motivated, innovative mindset to drive Test Environment modernization strategies for optimal outcomes
  • Exhibits seasoned communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate activities enterprise-wide
  • Displays a willingness to learn IBM Optim, Informatica, and other relevant test environment support tools as necessary

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico 

PREFERRED:

  • Have utilized the Test Environments in previous roles
    Experience with: IBM Optim, Informatica, Stored Procedures, SQL scripting, Pro-JCL, Rexx, Cobol, Data Studio
  • Appreciation for the importance of test data used in tightly coupled systems
