We are seeking a skilled Content Asset Manager to oversee our digital assets, ensuring their optimal organization, accessibility, and utilization across various platforms. You will thrive in this role by demonstrating strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.  This role is open to a Manager or Sr. Manager level, depending on skills and experience.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Content Asset Manager: $66,500 - $72,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Content Asset Manager: $72,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Ensure the product marketing team's campaign materials are accurate. Recommend alternatives and contingency plans for increasing process effectiveness.
  • Process the work and prioritization of the workflow from the content process through execution to storage and eventual decommission.
  • Collaborate with Home Office departments and cross-functional workgroups (i.e. Process leaders, Product Management, Compliance, Product Marketing, Underwriting, Legal and/or marketing creative teams.), and assist with strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical and regulatory changes in the insurance industry, with a desire to seek out new technology and innovation to assist with process efficiencies.
  • Manage new and/or existing creative assets through a review process to ensure messaging appropriately aligns with the Mutual of Omaha brand, Product and Compliance regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ideal candidates will have a background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar background with proven expertise in managing digital assets, coordinating content and projects, utilizing marketing and project management software, and upholding brand consistency across channels.
  • Independent proficiency in managing tasks and training team members, with a comprehensive understanding of product lines and internal processes.
  • Strong capability to work autonomously and as an effective team member across various product lines and cross-functional enterprise teams.  Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to schedules to support project and priority management.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to independently operate and educate others on these systems.
  • Proficient in employing marketing operations, implementation, project, and compliance systems to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
