Tech Connect is on the lookout for an enthusiastic leader to join our team of Onsite Technical Support specialists. On this team, we connect with our associates to provide them frictionless technology experiences on-site, delivering high-quality service across a variety of domains. This newly consolidated team will serve the current campus, remote offices, and our future Beacon headquarters.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $123,000 - $166,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Tech-Connect Bar: You will ensure smooth operations, staffing, and training of the tech bar to provide a great support experience for our associates.
  • Meeting Experiences: Coordinate the roadmap, staffing, and operations of Audio/Video equipment in the building.
  • Workplace Support: Partnering with our CRE, Facilities, and Physical Security groups, the ISM will ensure in-building technologies are well designed to meet Associate needs.
  • HR Management: Develops talent and a high-performing team through recognition, compensation, promotions, and growth opportunities.
  • Team Culture Management: Builds a diverse and inclusive team culture that respects and values the unique strengths and cultural differences of associates.
  • Technology Management: Defines long-term technology plans aligned to business capability needs and technology condition assessments (e.g. TIME) in support of company objectives.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serves as a trusted advisor to business and I/S partners, solving problems and evolving solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Obsessed with providing great technology experiences, with a willingness to innovate, drive change, experiment, and learn from failure.
  • Two or more years of previous or comparable experience managing fast-paced teams and acting as product manager for a variety of tech domains.
  • Experience with Customer Service, IT Production Support, and IT Service Management processes. Familiarity with Integrated Workplace Management solutions.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and professional services contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, project management, or business; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize leadership and communications skills to provide guidance and direction in one or more leadership roles.
  • Experience collaborating with others across an organization to deliver solutions.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment. Required to be on-site a minimum of three days per week to support the physical services of this role, subject to change.
