Join our team as an Account Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our sales activities. You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with distribution channel representatives and coordinating their activities to meet performance standards and profit goals. Additionally, you'll provide guidance on marketing our products and ensure efficient management of personal travel and entertainment expenses within budget. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Generate profitable premium income by actively engaging with distribution channel representatives through outbound sales calls and explaining product features and benefits.
  • Maintain client relationships by coordinating inquiries, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in event planning and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor distribution channel activities to ensure performance standards and profit goals are met, managing travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
  • Provide service and support to distribution channels, including developing presentations, training, responding to inquiries, and negotiating changes.
  • Act as a consultant to distribution channel representatives, assisting in designing insurance programs for clients and staying updated on Mutual of Omaha's and United of Omaha's products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in annuities sales, with knowledge of diverse distribution channels.
  • Possess initiative, negotiation skills, and strong organizational abilities, coupled with excellent human relations and communication skills.
  • Minimal travel may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Competent in Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting
